The use of this website and/or our services constitutes your agreement to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this Website or our services. If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to access or use this Website or our services. You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our products or services.

By placing an order and/or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and B2P Author Solutions (https://b2pauthorsolutions.com/).

Definition of Terms

  • “Website” – Refers to all content and pages hosted on https://b2pauthorsolutions.com/.

  • “Customer,” “You,” “Yours” – Refers to the individual or entity submitting an order to B2P Author Solutions.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Our” – Refers to B2P Author Solutions, a company registered under the laws of the State.

  • “Product or Services” – Refers to all products and services provided by B2P Author Solutions in accordance with a customer’s order.

  • “Order” – Refers to a request for services or products made by the customer via phone, email, or online. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, or other accepted methods.

Our Services

Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and limitations under the B2P Author Solutions policy. It is your responsibility to read these Terms before placing any order or making payment.

Returns

Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.

If modifications are required to meet agreed-upon quality standards (such as editing or proofreading accuracy), our revision process is available to ensure customer satisfaction. Should the delivered product not meet the originally stated requirements, we will conduct an internal review and provide revisions or recreate the work at no additional cost.

Revisions

Each package includes its own revision policy, which is detailed in the service description of that package. Revisions may be requested within 5 to 10 business days after the order status has been updated to Waiting for Customer Approval.

Customers can request revisions by emailing their assigned Project Manager. Since all content is delivered in Word format, customers also retain the right to make personal edits before publishing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. While we strive for customer satisfaction, certain conditions apply:

Eligible Refund Cases:

  1. Change of Mind

    • Before Project Initiation: 100% refund if no work has begun.

    • Within 1 Hour of Order: A full refund may be requested within one hour of placing the order.

    • After Project Progress: If the project has already begun and at least one revision has been delivered, a partial refund (up to 5%) may be considered.

  2. Incompetent Delivery

    • If the work does not meet the agreed requirements, we will provide unlimited revisions, reassign or rewrite the project. If satisfaction is still not achieved, a refund percentage may be mutually agreed upon.

  3. Late Delivery

    • If we fail to deliver within the promised timeline (after at least 3 attempts to contact us), and documentation shows it was our fault, a refund may be processed.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of initial delivery (if no revisions have been used). Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

Processing & Deductions

  • Approved refunds take 5–15 business days to process.

  • A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

  • Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Minor technical errors (grammar, word count, formatting, etc.) – instead, partial refunds or discounts for future services may be offered.

  • Delays caused by the client.

  • Complaints based solely on word count.

Modifications to Services and Prices

Prices, discounts, and service offerings are subject to change without notice. B2P Author Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability to the customer or third parties.
